REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Registration Fees

All tournament registration fees paid to INTERNATIONAL CRICKET ALLIANCE (ICA) are non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed.

REGISTRATION FEE ONCE PAID IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

The registration fee will not ordinarily be refunded in cases including, but not limited to:

Team withdrawal after registration

Player withdrawal

Change of mind

Failure to participate

Failure to attend a scheduled match

Personal reasons

Injury or illness of a player

Team unavailability

Change in team composition

Failure to submit required documents

Failure to meet eligibility requirements after payment

Disqualification due to violation of tournament rules

Disciplinary action

Failure to respond to ICA communications

Travel or accommodation issues

Any other reason attributable to the participating team or player

2. Registration Does Not Guarantee Participation

Payment of the registration fee does not by itself guarantee participation until the registration and required documentation have been reviewed and accepted by ICA.

ICA may request additional information or documents where necessary.

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Information

If a participant or team submits incorrect, misleading, incomplete or fraudulent information, ICA may reject or cancel the registration in accordance with tournament rules.

Registration fees shall remain non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

4. Payment Errors

If a payment is deducted from the payer's account but the registration/payment status is not successfully recorded due to a technical or payment-processing issue, the payer should contact ICA with the transaction details.

ICA will verify the transaction with the relevant payment/payment-processing provider and take appropriate action based on the verified transaction status.

5. Tournament Cancellation or Changes

ICA reserves the right to modify, reschedule, relocate or cancel tournament activities where reasonably necessary due to operational, venue, weather, safety, regulatory, force majeure or other circumstances.

Any treatment of registration fees in such circumstances will be determined by ICA in accordance with the applicable tournament terms and applicable law.

6. No Cash Refunds

Approved refunds, where legally or specifically applicable, will be processed through an appropriate payment method and not through unauthorized cash payments.
