ICA WOMEN’S STRIVE CUP 2026

TEAM REGISTRATION — IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS, RULES & DECLARATION

Thank you for registering your team for the ICA WOMEN’S STRIVE CUP 2026, organised by the International Cricket Alliance (ICA).

Please read all instructions carefully and ensure that your team representative and every participating player understand the registration requirements, documentation procedures, payment terms, tournament rules and official communication process.

Online registration is the first step in the registration process. The required offline forms, supporting documents, payment verification and final confirmation may also be necessary before a team is approved to participate.

1. MANDATORY OFFLINE REGISTRATION FORM

Online registration alone does not complete the entire registration process.

After submitting the online registration form, the required offline Team Registration Form and associated player registration forms will be sent to the registered WhatsApp number and/or email address provided during registration, subject to successful delivery.

The team representative must:

- Download and print the forms received from ICA.
- Complete all mandatory fields accurately.
- Obtain the required signatures of the team representative and players, along with parent/guardian signatures wherever applicable.
- Ensure that all required declarations and consent sections are completed.
- Submit the completed physical forms to ICA as instructed by the organising team and within the specified deadline.

Incomplete, unsigned or inaccurate forms may delay verification and registration confirmation.

2. PLAYER DETAILS AND DOCUMENTS

The team representative is responsible for ensuring that all player information and supporting documents are accurate, complete and submitted as required.

Players may be required to provide:

- Valid identity and age-verification documents as requested by ICA.
- Recent photographs and other information specified in the official registration forms.
- Parent/guardian details and consent for players under 18 years of age.
- Emergency contact details and applicable medical or safety information.
- Any additional documents specifically requested by ICA for eligibility verification.

Do not submit original identity documents unless ICA specifically instructs you to do so through an authorised process. Personal documents should be shared only through official ICA communication channels.

The organising team may request clarification or supporting evidence if discrepancies are identified during verification.

3. TEAM REGISTRATION FEE

The applicable team registration fee for the ICA WOMEN’S STRIVE CUP 2026 is ₹11,000 per team.

Teams must follow the official payment instructions provided by ICA.

The team representative should:

- Complete the payment according to the official instructions.
- Retain the payment receipt or transaction reference.
- Ensure that the payment details correspond to the correct team registration.
- Provide transaction details and supporting proof if requested by ICA.

Submitting the online registration form or receiving a registration ticket does not, by itself, establish that the registration fee has been successfully received or verified.

If payment has been deducted but is not reflected in the registration records, contact ICA with the transaction reference and supporting proof.

Refund requests, if any, will be handled in accordance with ICA’s published Refund & Cancellation Policy, the applicable tournament terms and applicable law.

4. REGISTRATION VERIFICATION AND FINAL CONFIRMATION

The registration ticket acknowledges the online submission of registration details. It is not, by itself, a guarantee of final team approval or tournament participation.

Final confirmation may be subject to:

- Verification of the team’s details.
- Completion and submission of the mandatory offline registration forms.
- Verification of the applicable team registration fee.
- Submission and verification of required player documents.
- Compliance with the tournament eligibility criteria.
- Completion of all required declarations and consent procedures.
- Compliance with the applicable registration deadlines and tournament rules.

ICA may contact the team representative if additional information, corrections or documents are required.

The team should consider its registration final only when the organising team has communicated the applicable confirmation through an official ICA channel.

5. OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION

The team representative must ensure that the registered mobile number, WhatsApp number and email address are active and entered correctly.

Teams should regularly check:

- Spam and junk folders.
- Other filtered message folders.

These channels may contain offline forms, payment-related communication, verification requests, registration updates or tournament instructions.
