Thank you for registering for ICA NATIONAL TRIALS 2026, organised by the International Cricket Alliance (ICA).

Please read all instructions carefully. These instructions apply to all eligible male and female participants. Registration, document verification, trial participation and any subsequent selection are subject to the applicable eligibility criteria, official trial guidelines and confirmation by ICA.

1. PLAYER REGISTRATION

Online registration is the first step in the ICA NATIONAL TRIALS 2026 process.

Every participant must:

- Complete the official registration form accurately.
- Provide all mandatory personal and cricket-related details.
- Use a valid mobile number and email address.
- Review the submitted information before completing registration.
- Retain the registration acknowledgement and reference for future communication.
- Follow the official instructions issued by ICA regarding trial participation.

Submitting an online registration form does not automatically guarantee admission to the trials or selection for any subsequent team.

2. PLAYER DETAILS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their personal information and supporting documents are accurate and complete.

Players may be required to provide:

- Valid identity and age-verification documents as requested by ICA.
- Recent photographs.
- Contact details and emergency contact information.
- Cricketing experience, playing role and other relevant information requested in the form.
- Applicable medical or safety information.
- Any additional documents specifically requested for eligibility verification.

Do not submit original identity documents unless ICA specifically instructs you to do so through an authorised process. Share personal documents only through official ICA communication channels.

3. TRIAL REGISTRATION FEE

The applicable registration fee for ICA NATIONAL TRIALS 2026 is ₹599 per player, subject to the official registration terms.

Participants must follow the payment instructions provided by ICA and retain their payment receipt or transaction reference.

Please note:

- A registration submission does not, by itself, confirm successful payment.
- A payment acknowledgement does not guarantee trial participation or selection.
- If payment has been deducted but is not reflected in the registration records, contact ICA with the transaction reference and supporting proof.
- Refund requests, if any, will be handled according to ICA’s published Refund & Cancellation Policy, applicable trial terms and applicable law.

The registration fee is for the applicable trial registration process and must not be interpreted as a fee for guaranteed selection, team placement or international representation.

4. REGISTRATION VERIFICATION AND TRIAL CONFIRMATION

Registration and participation may be subject to:

- Verification of the participant’s details.
- Verification of the applicable registration fee.
- Submission and verification of required documents.
- Compliance with eligibility criteria.
- Completion of any mandatory declarations and consent requirements.
- Compliance with the communicated reporting instructions and deadlines.

ICA may request corrections, clarification or additional supporting documents where necessary.

Participants should consider their trial participation confirmed only when the applicable confirmation or instructions have been communicated through an official ICA channel.

5. OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION

Participants must ensure that their registered mobile number, WhatsApp number and email address are active and entered correctly.

Regularly check WhatsApp messages, email inboxes, spam/junk folders and other filtered folders for registration acknowledgements, trial instructions, reporting details and updates.

6. TRIAL FORMAT, PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT AND CONDUCT

Participants must follow the trial format, assessment procedures and instructions communicated by the organising team.

Depending on the announced trial structure, assessment activities may include relevant batting, bowling, fielding, wicketkeeping, fitness or other cricket-related evaluations.

Participants must:

- Follow instructions issued by authorised trial assessors and officials.
- Participate honestly and demonstrate their abilities to the best of their capacity.
- Respect fellow participants, assessors, staff and officials.
- Maintain appropriate sporting conduct throughout the process.
- Avoid misrepresentation of playing experience, achievements or personal details.
- Follow all applicable safety and facility rules.

The specific assessment format and criteria will be communicated through official ICA channels where applicable.

7. TRIAL DATE, REPORTING TIME AND VENUE

Individual trial dates, reporting times, session timings, venue details and other operational instructions will be communicated separately through official ICA channels.

Participants must regularly check official communications and follow the latest instructions.

Players are responsible for:

- Reporting at the designated venue and time.
- Carrying the documents and equipment specified in the official instructions.
- Following check-in and verification procedures.
- Allowing sufficient time for reporting and any required document checks.

Any schedule or operational changes will be communicated as appropriate. Do not rely on unofficial messages or unverified social media posts for final instructions.

8. PARTICIPANTS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE

Where participants below 18 years of age are permitted under the applicable trial eligibility rules, the required parent/guardian details, consent, declarations and supporting documents must be completed wherever applicable.

The participant and parent/guardian must ensure that:

- Required information is accurate.
- Applicable consent forms are properly completed and signed.
- Supporting documentation is submitted as requested.
- Any additional safeguarding or participation requirements are followed.

A minor participant may not be cleared to participate until the required documentation and consent have been verified.

Participation remains subject to the applicable age eligibility criteria and confirmation by ICA.

9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION AND ELIGIBILITY

Every participant must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and verification.

Any correction, discrepancy or change in submitted details must be reported to ICA promptly. Changes may require supporting documents and approval.

Knowingly submitting false information, falsified documents or misleading declarations may result in action under the applicable trial rules following appropriate verification.

Registration does not override the eligibility criteria or any applicable trial requirements.

10. RETAIN YOUR REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Participants should save or download their registration acknowledgement and retain their registration reference.

These details may be required when:

- Enquiring about registration status.
- Following up on payment verification.
- Requesting corrections to submitted information.
- Confirming trial instructions.
- Contacting ICA for assistance.

Mention your full name and registration reference whenever contacting ICA about your application.

11. SELECTION AND SUBSEQUENT OPPORTUNITIES

Participation in ICA NATIONAL TRIALS 2026 does not guarantee selection, team placement, a contract, prize money or international representation.

Any shortlist, squad formation, further assessment or subsequent playing opportunity will be subject to the applicable selection criteria, performance assessment, eligibility requirements, availability and official confirmation by ICA.

Selection decisions will be based on the announced process and applicable assessment requirements. Payment of the registration fee does not provide preferential treatment or guarantee selection.

Any future ICA competition or international opportunity will be communicated separately and will be subject to its own applicable rules and eligibility conditions.

12. REGISTRATION FEE AND REFUND POLICY

The applicable registration fee is ₹599 per player, subject to the official registration terms.

Participants should retain payment receipts and transaction references for verification.

Refund requests will be handled in accordance with ICA’s published Refund & Cancellation Policy, applicable trial terms and applicable law.

A registration acknowledgement or payment receipt must not be treated as confirmation of selection.

If a payment has been deducted but is not reflected in the registration records, contact ICA with the transaction reference and supporting proof.

13. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Information submitted through the registration form will be used for registration processing, identity and eligibility verification, trial administration, official communication, participant safety and related legitimate purposes.

Participants should provide accurate information and submit personal documents only through the official channels specified by ICA.

Where applicable, parent/guardian consent and other required declarations must be completed before information relating to a minor is processed for participation.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with ICA’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.
