The International Cricket Alliance (ICA) welcomes cricket teams to participate in the ICA MEN’S STRIVE CUP 2026, a competitive T20 leather-ball cricket tournament scheduled to take place in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

2. TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The ICA MEN’S STRIVE CUP 2026 will be conducted in the T20 format using a white leather cricket ball.
Participating teams should be prepared for competitive match conditions and must comply with the tournament’s official rules, playing conditions, eligibility requirements, and instructions issued by the organising team.
The detailed fixture list, match timings, reporting schedule, and applicable progression rules will be communicated separately by ICA.
3. TEAM REGISTRATION
Registration Fee: ₹11,000 per team
Teams wishing to participate must complete the online team registration form through the official registration page.
The team representative must provide accurate team and contact information and follow all subsequent instructions issued by ICA.
Registration process
1. Complete and submit the online team registration form.
2. Save your registration ticket and reference number.
3. Check your registered WhatsApp number and email address for further instructions and the required offline forms.
4. Download and print the forms supplied by ICA.
5. Complete all mandatory team and player details, declarations, and signatures.
6. Arrange the required supporting documents and submit the completed physical forms as instructed by ICA.
7. Complete any outstanding payment verification or registration requirements communicated by the organising team.
Important: Submitting the online form does not, by itself, constitute final confirmation of team participation. Registration may remain subject to document verification, completion of the offline forms, applicable fee verification, eligibility checks, and confirmation by ICA.
4. OFFLINE TEAM AND PLAYER FORMS
Online registration is the first step in the registration process. Teams must also complete the applicable offline documentation required by ICA.
The required forms will be sent to the registered WhatsApp number and/or email address, subject to successful delivery.
The team representative is responsible for ensuring that:
- All mandatory sections are completed accurately.
- Required signatures and declarations are provided.
- Player information matches the supporting documents.
- Parent or guardian consent is provided wherever applicable for under-18 players.
- The completed forms and required documents are submitted according to ICA’s instructions.
Incomplete or inaccurate documentation may delay registration verification.
5. PLAYER DOCUMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY
Players and teams must comply with the eligibility criteria and documentation requirements communicated in the official tournament rules and registration forms.
Depending on the requirements applicable to the player, supporting documents may include identity and age-verification documents, photographs, emergency contact details, parent or guardian information, and other requested declarations.
The team representative must ensure that all players provide truthful information and understand the tournament rules.
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or participation. ICA may request clarification or additional supporting documents where necessary.
6. CHAMPIONSHIP PRIZE
The championship-winning team is scheduled to receive:
- ₹1,21,000 cash prize
- Championship Trophy
- Certificates
- Medals
- Exciting sponsor gift, subject to sponsor participation and availability
7. RUNNER-UP PRIZE
The runner-up team is scheduled to receive:
- ₹81,000 cash prize
- Certificates
- Medals
- Exciting sponsor gift, subject to sponsor participation and availability
Sponsor Gift Disclaimer: Sponsor gifts are subject to sponsor participation and availability. If a sponsor gift is unavailable, that gift will not be applicable.
Prize distribution and any applicable conditions will be governed by the official tournament terms.
8. CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
Every eligible player who participates in the tournament will receive an ICA Certificate of Participation, subject to completion of the applicable registration and verification requirements.
Certificates will be issued in accordance with the arrangements communicated by the organising team.
9. TEAM REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Every team must designate a responsible representative to coordinate with ICA.
The representative is responsible for:
- Providing accurate team contact information.
- Communicating official instructions to all players.
- Ensuring that registration forms and required documents are completed.
- Keeping the team informed about schedules, reporting times, and venue instructions.
- Ensuring that players follow the tournament rules and code of conduct.
- Responding promptly to requests for registration verification or clarification.
Teams should regularly check their registered WhatsApp number and email address for official updates.
10. MATCH DAY AND DISCIPLINE
All participating teams and players must maintain discipline, sportsmanship, and respect for opponents, officials, venue staff, and the organising team.
Players must follow the applicable match rules, playing conditions, reporting instructions, and decisions of authorised match officials.
Misconduct, deliberate misrepresentation, or serious breaches of tournament regulations may result in disciplinary action under the applicable rules and review procedures.
Teams should bring the cricket equipment and any documents specifically required in their official match-day instructions.
11. SCHEDULE AND VENUE COMMUNICATION
The tournament is scheduled to commence on 16 November 2026, with the Grand Final scheduled for 06 December 2026.
Individual match dates, match timings, reporting times, and detailed fixtures will be communicated separately.
Teams must monitor official ICA communications for updates. Any schedule or operational changes will be communicated as appropriate.

12. REGISTRATION FEE AND REFUND POLICY
The applicable team registration fee is ₹11,000.
Teams should retain their payment receipts and transaction references for verification.
Refund requests will be handled in accordance with ICA’s published Refund & Cancellation Policy, the applicable tournament terms, and applicable law.
A payment acknowledgement or registration ticket should not be treated as final participation approval unless ICA has confirmed the registration.
If a payment has been deducted but is not reflected in the registration records, contact ICA with the transaction reference and supporting proof.
13. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
The information submitted through the registration form will be used for registration processing, identity and eligibility verification, tournament administration, official communication, player safety, and related legitimate tournament purposes.
Teams and players should provide accurate information and submit personal documents only through the official channels specified by ICA.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with ICA’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

15. IMPORTANT DECLARATION

The representative understands that online submission alone does not guarantee final participation and that the required offline forms, supporting documents, fee verification, and approval may also be necessary.
